Do you work with both homeowners and businesses?
Yes. We regularly assist individual homeowners, body corporates and trustees, as well as commercial, industrial and retail property owners across the Eastern Cape. Our solutions are scoped to the size, risk and budget of each client.
Which areas do you service?
Acropoint Gqeberha has operated in the region since July 2010, serving Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), East London, Mossel Bay, Graaff‑Reinet, Ugie and surrounding towns. For larger projects we can discuss work slightly outside these areas.
Are your waterproofing and roofing systems guaranteed?
Yes. We use proven, world‑class products and install them according to manufacturer guidelines. Guarantees depend on the chosen system and scope of work, and will be detailed in your quote and project documentation.
How do you handle asbestos safely?
We are registered with the Department of Employment and Labour as a Type 2 Asbestos Contractor (Certificate No. 2025RAC/CI-219). All asbestos repairs, removals and coatings are carried out in line with the Asbestos Abatement Regulations. Where required, we co‑ordinate an Approved Asbestos Inspection Authority and hazardous waste transport and disposal.
Can you assist with existing fall protection systems?
Yes. In addition to installing engineered fall protection systems, we carry out annual inspections and load testing in accordance with SANS requirements to keep your people and your site compliant.
